i want to go for a 50’s style. i love the 50’s and everything about it! i like the leopard print and exaurated features in makeup and the wavy hair but how can i throw little things in to make it seem 50′ish but not cheezy like the old teachers? im a 13 year old girl by the way. im very old fashioned in a sence. i wear skirts and my friends call me old fashioned. its kinda funny. i dont want to seem like those weird old teachers that wear the polkadot skirts and winged glasses but i want to add a 50’s flair into my style.

boat cut tops with skinny pants. add a skinny belt, flats, and a short scarf knotted to one side of your neck.

im thinkin a modern version of the “pink ladies” in Grease

I too love that 1950s flair. go to pinupgirl.com They got some uber cute clothing. RubyRox.com has some pretty awesome stuff as well. You can find it at Dillards.

    Who cares what they think/????

Have you tried the straight skirt with a sweater knit top…and flats. hair in a pony tail tied with a small scarf in a color to match your sweater,,,,,ask your mom or grandmom about that look…very stylish…..

I bet you would look really cute.
