Buying a whole new summer wardrobe and I need stores, etc.?

I need to buy a ton of new clothes my style is Preppy and tight fitting (btw i hate layering)
Basically I want to just ditch nearly EVERYTHING i have right now and start fresh. Since I will be buying alot of stuff, price is sort of an issue, but i still have alot to work with.
So I am looking for..
Jeans- 1 light denim pair, 1 white pair, 1 hot pink denim pair (I REALLY WANT THESE), 1 medium wash pair, dark wash capri
Shorts- 1 light denim(possibly frayed), zebra print, and white denim
Skirts- 1 dark pleaded skirt, (need more ideas for skirts, help with this?)
Jumpsuit- Sexy black jumpsuit that is short and has a hood with a drawstring and zips in the front i want it to look like deisel but without the pricey-ness (IMPORTANT)
Dresses- Zebra print, blue tube dress, black tank dress(short), and white tube dress
Jacket- Black zip-front hoodie, white terry zip-front hoodie that is short so it bares stomach
Shirts- Sexy tops and fun tops, I NEED ALOT of tops so nothing TOO pricey.
