What if there are guys taking pictures of the one moment that she has no control over? If I help her hold her skirt down it might seem like I’m a pervert for going over there like I’m trying to get a closer look, on the other hand you have the issue of a woman’s privacy not applying to outdoor situations. If I don’t do anything it’s like I’m the bad guy.Is it wrong to be a guy and like to watch a woman’s skirt blow up in the air?

The skirts I have to wear to school are unnecessarily long, but whenever I try to hem them up a bit, the pleats get messed up and the skirt looks all puffed out and strange. All I have been doing is folding the bottom edge inward and sewing it there by hand. Should I try cutting the skirt instead?
