I have a dark camel colored safari pencil skirt and a white with black pin stripes button down shirt.?

Do these go together? If not, what can I wear with the khaki pencil skirt?

What colored shoes should I wear with my long black skirt and white shirt?

My hot pink silk skirt has white splotches on it! Do I dye it? Do I cry over it?

I have a lovely hot pink silk skirt that I gentle washed with woolite and it turned out with whit splotches on it. It looks like the color was removed from those areas, rather than it being stained.
