Do you like this outfit? What boots should I wear?

I just finished putting this outfit together and want to wear it early next week. Do you like it?

The skirt is almost knee length and I have lots of different tights I could wear. The picture has a pair of red and black print regular tights and a pair of black thigh highs with a striped design in them. I also have plain red and lots of other black tights too. Should I wear my knee high boots or my ankle boots with it? And then which tights should I wear? If I should wear the ankle boots, I know I’ll go with a black pair, but the knee high boots, I could wear the red and black print or just plain red, or a black pair… help me out?

If you have short legs, I would not recommend wearing ankle boots with a knee length skirt – it’ll make you look short. So I’d vote for the knee length boot instead.
I’d also go for the black tights instead of the red – its more slimming. The red stockings look ok in the photo. You mention alternating the red and blacks – I’m not so sure about this as it tends to break the contour and illusion of height. Maybe you should try them on and see which one looks better on you.

I believe you are a guy! On a woman I would go with the black tights, and knee high boots!
