fashion advice please… ten points best answer?

What top will be best for my floral black and white skirt with large prints. the skirt is flared and am wearing with black stilettos with white heels. closed shoe. should i look for a white top with a belt? black plain jacket? want to wear it at church on Sunday. my handbag is white!it a bit cold in the morning getting warm in the afternoon. am a lady aged 23. no kids.. please help
Maybe a fitted white or black shirt? =]

The second one is real good
Sounds to me like the white top (tank type) would look great with this & top it off with the black jacket. The tank top should not be tucked in. Wear the black belt over the tank.
