Fashion Advice: Should I keep these dresses?

I went shopping today and bought a few simple frocks. I usually wear cotton, simple, classic outfits. I’m not accessorizing them with anything because I’m mostly concerned with their fit, not whole style, and it’s 12am.
PS – they are also intended to go to Europe with me in September-August. I’m not sure about weather in Southern France and Italy – do you think I may be cold? I live in Houston, so cold means anything below 78.

I love this skirt, but I worry it may look too young, cheap, or silly with the elasticized waist….

I really like the second outfit, it is more figure flattering and is overall cute.
The first one’s cut is sort of odd, but unique. I don’t really like the print, either.
Definently wear the black one, I’m not sure about the dress.

i love the first one. pull off an outfit that everyone calls ugly and you’ll never be judged again. KEEP IT! strut in it. i love it<3
the second one is sooo forever 21. simple. kick back, nice dress to catch a latte and hit the book store in, pair it with a cool hat maybe, you can even add a cardigan and vintage boots for cooler weather. KEEP it and have fun.
