going to an outing with my bf’s friends in this resutrant?

we’re going at 8.
I dont know whats more appropriate to wear
Should I wear this dark blue knee long roomy top with black skinny pants and black wedge heels and a red bag
OR
should I wear a long white summery skirt with yellow in it and a white top with a face in red/blue/green printed on it? golden flats and a bag of undecided color!?!
I like the first outfit it sounds more appropriate for a restaurant. Very chic and modern!
I’d go with the roomy top and skinnies. It pretty much could be worn for casual things and more fancy things. The red bag would give it a nice pop! Also summers pretty much over: the other outfit seems childish and too summer-y!
Being the end of summer, I think you should wear the 2nd. Sounds like a nice outfit you will not be able to wear much longer.

the 1st one sounds dinner ish. The other one is more breakfast date or on the beach
The second one, but not with golden shoes…
As for the first outfit…The long shirt things sounds horrid!
