How can i make my school uniform look cute?

looks like i have no room for creativity.
shirts:
light blue oxford( no white)
navy blue knit golf-type shirt( no light blue)
no manufacturer’s logo( school logo only)
pants ( NO SKIRTS)
khaki, ankle length uniform pant with belt loops ( no capri or drawstring)
no jeans
no skirts
no corduroy
all students must wear socks
white, navy blue, khacki, or brown only
shoes must be solid black or solid brown shoes. black shoes must have black soles. brown shoes must have brown soles. shoe strings must match color of shoes. NO backless shoes
all students must wear a black or brown belt with looped pants
jackets must be navy blue fleece or cardian only ( no other color jacked allowed)
no jackets with manufacturer’’s logo
no undershirts. no turtlenecks, no printed t-shirts. solid white tees only

wow im sorry but that is VERY VERY VERY strict! My uniform wasnt as bad as yours. But you can try waearing jewelry? Just make sure your outfits match, i guess thats the only thing you can really do, sorry
uniforms arent supposed to be cute, they are used to make everyone look the same. thats the point. you are going to school to learn . wear cute clothes when you get home.
That really sucks! Just do your hair and make up cute :]

you can accesorize with necklaces, bracelets, etc.
find a nice belt that would make your uniform go like all kuhafliuvsdfv in a good way xD
for shoes … can they be sneakers? if they could, then buy some 1 colored vans, they’ll make your uniform look less boring and more toward the classy skater-look,etc
make your hair nice, highlights, layered, side bangs, etc.

Doll face. It’s called hair dye and gel. And I mean lots of it! Nail polish, and bracelets. Try spicing up your back pack also, Buttons, patches, charms, etc…
Talk about strict! Make a bunch of people to sign a petition that says for the school to “be able to wear more accessories (hats, earrings, bracelets, neckwear, etc.) or wear skirts, or cuter clothing. Then give your petition to the principal. Maybe he will accept it, but maybe decline your request.
Well as others have said thats VERY strict so everyone is pritty much going to be looking quite silly. Just you have a look at older girls and how they wear it and try and copy their styles, just wait and see what others have done to make it cuter.
Otherwise your going to have to work on your hair to make it a real good style.. at the mo teens like other teens to have a side parting with side fringe and sometimes layers…
And experiment with make up too to make your best features pop!

OMG! that’s sooo strict!
you can do that with some nail polish (baby pink, cotton candy pink, hot pink, any kind of pink! or, get a french manicure) and make your features pop with some makeup. wear some shimmery pink lipgloss and cute pink blush, and try the eyeliner on top eyelid + mascara + eyelash curler to make your eyes look bigger and totally stunning! straighten or curl your hair, and wear some eyeshadow in soft girly colours, baby shades <3
well, u can accessorize with a sparkly belt and some cute bracelets and cute earrings. instead of a plain white tee, u can get a solid white tee with lace at the bottom, which looks waaay cuter and it’s still a solid white tee right? u can get some girly hair accessories like sparkly barettes and headbands (they have these really pretty sparkly headbands with a bow at ardene and they come in pink, purple, baby blue etc.) i like everything to be sparkly lol! <3 for the shoes, u should get a pair of flats cause they’re sooo much cuter than regular uniform shoes. u could also accessorize with a button with a (sparkly?) girly saying on it or a cute pic. also, if youre allowed to have a purse, u could get an adorable handbag that matches your uniform. if not, u could make your schoolbag 10x cuter by adding charms, like some pink juicy charms (i love the popsicle one!) or get the pair of juicy heart charms to share with your bff, but they also have adorable ones at ardene and claire’s, like sparkly ice cream cones, tiaras and cute monkeys & kittys. another idea is to draw away from the uniform by making yourself look cuter
