How do I get a green stain out of my white skirt?

When I placed my white skirt on a green shirt in the (clean) laundry basket, I guess the skirt was still damp and the green bled through onto the white and now there is a neon green glow on my white skirt. I tried the Clorox bleach pen twice, and it faded, but you can still notice it. What do I do?

I’ve found that if you keep putting stain remover on a stubborn stain, and just keep washing it, the stain will eventually disappear. It’s worked on tomato sauce, anyway.

Try soaking they whole skirt in cool watered down bleach for about 30 minutes and wash as directed. Hope this works.

Maybe try hydrogen peroxide? I know it worked for me in some instances on some fabrics… maybe it will help you? If not, keep it in mind for future stains on white fabric. It’s like magic.

    oxyclean

Try doing the clorox pen one more time, and if that doesn’t work try shout. If it still doesn’t come out, decorate the skirt a bit. Sew something over the spot so it can’t be seen- flowers are always fun. It will give the skirt a whole new look plus it will make you feel good when someone asks, “Where did you get that awesome skirt?” and you reply, “I made it!” If you aren’t good at sewing, there are iron on designs at Micheal’s and other craft stores!
