needs to be the dark red color.
No, it does not HAVE to have RED IN IT. but it should compliment both red & dark brown.
A red top would look best. But also a lighter brown, a yellow, an off-white/cream, or dark brown just like your skirt.
Accent with the opposite colors. (Red& Brown)

wear something light on top like beige, very light brown… But don’t choose anything stripe for your top. Plain and simple is the best!
solid dark red would be best, but you could get away with white or white with dark red on it.
