If you were to wear a skirt today, how would you go about completing the outfit?

What is the style now for the skirts? Is it more of a printed skirt or a pencil skirt? What type of top are you supposed to wear with the skirt? Basically if you had to plan an outfit around a skirt, how would you go about completing the outfit? Thanks!
I would say both style skirts are “in.”
If you wear a skirt, you should typically try to balance out the outfit by wearing a top that covers your torso and arms a bit more. This all depends on how long the skirt is. If it’s a pencil skirt, you can usually get away with less on top, however, if it’s a mini, follow that first rule.
Basically, if the skirt is above the knees, follow the first rule. If the skirt is below the knees, you’re a bit more free to do what you want on top.

i like pencil skirts but not on me:)
Both styles of those skrits are in.
For an outfit with a skirt, I would wear a kilt skirt. I would wear shoes or boots with pantyhose. As for the top, I would either wear a polo, a blouse or a pheasent shirt.
I really hope I don’t have to wear a skirt one day because I’m a guy.
