I personally wouldn't wear any flowing or floral skirts in the winter, stick with a plades or a solids, maybe an A line or pencil skirt, long or short you can wear it with boots and or leggings, depending on how cold. If you are a goth or a traditionalist, wear dark skirts with black leggings. You can also get away with a leather skirt in the winter. The only way you can get away with a flouncy floral print skirt if if you live in a sunny place like Miami Florida, if you are in colder climates, choose the traditional clothing mentioned above.
