My friend wants some afrocentric wrap skirts (sarong)

but the only ones we’ve found are more polynesian style print. we found a fabric store that has some african print sarong materiall but we dont know how to put the fringe on the end. the knotted fringe is important to her because she takes the fringe and ties it together to close the skirt so that it doesn’t blow open or reveal her thighs when she walks.
