New spring look?

I am 14 years old and want a new style for spring. I have medium brown hair that is layered and cut to my shoulders with bangs. I have light brown eyes. I am 5′4” and 100 pounds, with no chest but a defined waist. Here’s a picture of me:

(And no, I don’t usually wear slippers out of the house.)

My outfits are completely varied – I have casual, comfy outfits like the one in the picture, my “Catholic school girl outfit” with a plaid skirt, cardigan, and knee socks, regular jeans and a tee or a polo, leggings and tights in crazy colors. In addition, my hair is naturally wavy, but it has run the mill from stick straight to completely curly, depending on what my mood is. I love doing bright eyeliner in colors like turquoise, purple, and green, and adding lip gloss. For shoes, I have leopard print flats, pink flats, black flats, Converse, lady-like heels… everything!

What spring look would fit me? Thanks so much!!
