help!!!! how do you get ironing scorch marks off a white cotton skirt which has been washed after being ironed

please help me!!! it is my favourite skirt!!!
yay!!! it came out in the wash!!! can’t have been a scorch mark after al!!! thankyou all anyway.

I know it’s after labor day, but can I still wear a white skirt?
