What else could I wear with this brown pleated skirt?

Here is a picture of it. It kind of looks like a grayish color but it’s really a very dark brown.

In the winter time I wear it with brown pantyhose and a sweater, which looks like this.

i need a brown skirt for a costume i’m designing for halloween and i can only find cute ones that are white. am i able to dye it brown?
