im in high school and i go to a catholic school and i need my skirt hemmed?

so i have to wear this uniform and my skirt is pleated
and its my second year
the first year i just wore it high and rolled…then borrowed a friends skirt
but my mom said she wont hem it
its too long for me and alot of upper classmen make fun of me for it
anyone have any tips on who to hem a pleated skirt?
where i live there is like nothing like a seamstress or anything….
its a kilt they call it and i want to look like the rest of the girls in my class/school

I have just bought a new pleated netball skirt. It will be worn with a polo shirt tucked in. I was wondering, where the skirt should be fastened. Should it be worn above the hips, or below, if so by how far. I have never played netball before, so i am not entirely sure how high they are worn.

i’m new to the high waist fashion concept and bought a white high waist skirt from h&m. it hits about midthigh. i am 22 about 5′6, fuller on bottom, about a b cup on top. how should i wear this skirt? what sort of tops should i pair with it? how about shoes? im at a loss for what to wear and not look like a grandma.
…oh, also…. should I tuck the top in or leave it untucked?

the skirt is just a solid white color.
i onced wore a light blue tank top and that looked nice but this time im performing for a school’s open house and i want different color tank top.

This lady (green sweatshirt and red skirt with the CROCS) was high on something. And she was dancing dancing dancing the day away outside the bars. I need some of whatever she’s on.
