I have a white linen skirt kinda trumpet shaped w/ a ruffle along the hem. What shoes and tops should I wear w/ it? It’ll be chilly where I am, so I’ll need something long sleeved, and preferably more than one layer. Thanks for your help.

The skirt is down to my ankles. I got it at Old Navy a few years ago. I have a black shirt with a white design along the ends of the sleeves and around the neckline. The sleeves go down past my elbows.
