Navy Pleated School Skirt?

My school has just allowed us to start wearing pleated skirts. I really want one and it has to be navy. I live in Essex and Ive tried everywhere. I need to be able to order it online because im not going out anywhere.

I’ve bought a bronze sandal from franco sarto and wondering if it will work with a plain navy blue skirt. Skirt’s length is just below the knee. What top (printed/plain) would also match with this combination? Thanks!
