My hot pink silk skirt has white splotches on it! Do I dye it? Do I cry over it?

I have a lovely hot pink silk skirt that I gentle washed with woolite and it turned out with whit splotches on it. It looks like the color was removed from those areas, rather than it being stained.
Can I dye the entire skirt and have it come out an even color? or will the white [...]

any home remidies for getting hot pink sharpie out of a white skirt- other than stain remover? anything work??

And then a pink cardigan that matches the pink in the skirt. I’m stuck on what colour shoes I should wear. I have to wear something with a little heel, and preferably closed-toe, or just a small peep-toe.
