What do i wear with a black pleated mini skirt, black knee high socks and black mary jane type heels?

i dont want to wear black from head to toe. i was thinking about wear a old school mickey mouse t shirt with a collar shirt underneath but im having trouble finding one. any other ideas?

Is there an age limit when a woman can’t wear knee high socks with a pleated skirt? I mean outside of the context of halloween and the privacy of a home. It’s a great look for clubbing, I just wonder at what point would it go from acceptably sassy and attractive, to slutty and despirate.
