I have this little baby blue mini dress that I made myself, (picture: http://s65.photobucket.com/albums/h206/sa_29/?action=view&current=smokestackdemolition002.jpg) I like it a lot, but but a little bit plain. Does anyone know what I can do to dress it up?

My style is kind of edgy vintage, i like high waisted skirts with ripped black tights, and stuff like that. I HATE giant over-the-top jewlry or rediculously bold, bright prints. I tend to wear a lot of grey, black, white, and red, and my favorite decades for clothes are the 1920’s and the early 1960’s.
sorry about the picture, i don’t know how to fix that. like I said, the dress is baby blue, mid-thigh length, and sleevless. Also, it isn’t all that curvy, it pretty much goes straight down.

I know this is a weird question, but I’m just really into fashion and love to hear other people’s views on it. I just like to talk fashion.
Well,my style is classy & I’m a trendsetter. I like the classic look and I love wearing what I say I want, not what the magazines say you should want!
My favorite look of all is edgy & punky. I love everything studded, everything zebra/cheetah print, and skinny jeans/pants. I love funky, wild stuff. I also adore skulls, leather jackets, & crazy colors in hair.
I also totally dig vintage. I like to wear little plaid blazers, big necklaces with pearls, & little pink button up mini skirts.

Ok, I need to change my style, but I won’t get my hair cut (I just got bangs) and I want new clothes, but I can’t spend much, I don’t order online, and lets just say I don’t fit in a size 6. I also need better than wal-mart clothes. Yuck. And I’m 12 so no short skirts and tank tops. I would like to get leggings and long sleeve shirts for under t-shirts so I can wear summer clothes in winter too. I need better stores to buy from, and celebrity styles I like are Taylor Swift, Selena Gomez (on the show mostly) and Demi Lovato. I like layered skirts, and glitter, and stuff that makes a statement. I am artistic, and like random things. Cute Japanese drawings are awesome. I also love animals. Any bold prints work. Good colors, but not clown-like. Thanks in advance, I’ll add more if needed.
Plus: I hate jeans. They are stiff and make noise. And since I mentioned I like taylor swift styles, I feel that I should say I will NOT wear cowboy boots unless my life depended on it.
