What color shoes do you wear with a gray skirt with thin white and blue pinstripes?

I typically wear a white or blue shirt with the skirt, but I feel like black shoes look odd. I also want to continue to wear the skirt this winter and wear tights with boots. What color shoes are OK? Is black actually oK?

Would a thin viscose/nylon black pleated skirt go with black opaque tights?

Also, with black closed toe high heels and a red button down shirt.

I have a chocolate brown skirt with very thin dark red pinstripes. What color tops can i wear with this?

Can I wear any shirt that goes with the brown or does it need to have some red in it?
