Why does a girl with nice white legs in a dark skirt turn me on?

Is it a fetish? Just preference? I don’t know what it is, but if I see a girl with nice legs, usually white…not necessarily pale but fair skinned…wearing a skirt (doesn’t have to be a mini skirt) it just drives me crazy.
