Fashion question subject: high waist banded skirt?

Ok… So i just bought this really cute skirt it has floral print colors purple, magenta, little coral, and little chartuse (greenish yellow) and a little bit of white and a black waist band… The only problem is idk wat top to wear w/ it any suggestions…thnx in advance
