basically, i’m pretty much sick of my wardrobe. like, not that i have nothing in there. it’s more like a, i’m done with all the clothes. i believe it’s time for me to change.

i’m starting university in Jan’09, and was hoping to have a whole new look and sort of to be continued from there. like a fun but still is able to be taken seriously sort of variation wear.

honestly, i’m up for any change prints or strips or whatever. i dont even mind cutting my hair for it. i just wanna not be plain or trying to hard anymore. maybe a basic list of things i should have so i can go around and mix and match, my fave.

so basically, i’m like going 21. i’m not very tall about 5″ 4′. I wear a size 8 for tops and for pants or skirts, i normally go for waist size 29″. but they are for low-waisted ones, never was a fan for high waisted because i think they will make me look shorter!

normally, i’ll go for solid colors and tank tops and some tees. mini skirts, mostly shorts, jeans and occasionally a dress (that’s because most of my dresses are so formal or prom-ish). very plain and simple.

anyhow, like i say if anyone can give me any great ideas for basic selection that would really cool, all the way down to the shoes, if possible.

-ALOT of band tees [All Time Low, Blessthefall, Escape the Fate, Metro Station, etc]
-Colorful graphic tees [Note: I'm not so into the whole super-colorful look, so is there any way I can still wear this but not so much brightness?]
-A few strapless tops
-Solid button down long sleeves [Blue, Red, Green]
-Lots of tank tops from Delia’s [Striped, patterned, etc]
-Those wierd “Sugar Lips” [They are very comfortable ]
-Solid tank tops blah blah blah

“Nicer” Shirts:
-Plaid button-downs [I've been upsessed with them lately]
-Off-White Ruffled Shirt
-Striped Over-Poofy Sleeve Shirt-Dress [i usually wear it with leggings and boots]

Well, I don’t think i’ve left out anything major. Please help if you can, i’d like to know how to mix up some of my stuff or add some basics to update my look

At this point, I have several pieces that are appropriate for work, but they are all black…skirt, 2 pants, short sleeved sweater. I have one silver/grey button down blouse also. Does anyone have suggestions (besides adding prints &/or colors LOL!) for what to buy? I don’t want to buy a ton of stuff but I also don’t want to look like I’m wearing the same 5 outfits every week either! What do you think is the minimum I can get away with? TIA!
