I got dirt on a white skirt and it has already been through the wash and dryer?

am I screwed or is it still possible to bleach the stain out
skirt is 95% cotton and 5% spandex

With what color group do you wash a white skirt with red floral patterns?

white or red?
The tag say wash with like colors, hence the confusion.

How to wash pleated prairie skirt?

I have a long full pleated type spanish fiesta type skirt and want to wash it, I have heard you use rubber bands and put on a delicate type cycle to keep the pleats in tact,any other suggestions?
