What are good places to shop for spring wear, tops & skirts & dresses?

Looking for colors & prints as opposed to tops & dresses that are either plain, shirt-like or the usual colors – black, shades of white/cream, brown etc. I can find skirts that are colorful but have a hard time findign good tops. I live in Austin, TX.
American Eagle, Abercrombie and Fitch, Forever 21… thats where I go.
Anthropologie is great. Also last time I was in Austin there was a great independent place near the downtown/campus Whole Foods Market. Totally cant remember the name.
American eagle have some rele good shirts n tops n skirts n everything that shuld help u.. another place that also could help is Maurices
