If you want to go for really dramatic- find a red shadow (not crayola red lol) Mac makes a nice one called crimson. Applied lightly and w/ eyeliner and mascara it is different but interesting.

I’d go neutral on the eyes–shimmery gold maybe, but soft…then I’d play up your lips. Go red. It’s way sexy.
