Black or white. But what also works well is bringing out the colors in the skirt that aren’t so noticeable. Maybe like yellow or purple depending on what other colors are in the skirt.
Definitely black. I actually think the “just-below-the-knee” tights/leggings would look the best. Those with stilettos. I kind of wore something like that tonight to dinner. CUUUTE!! You can get those types of leggings at express…they’re affordable. This is the look I’m talking about:
