It may not come out but you can try oxi-clean. It comes in a powder and spray. I have had hard stains come out using this product. Spray or brush the powder on it and let it sit for a few minutes. Not to long though I ruined a shirt by leaving it on too long, took the color right out in the affected area. Look and see if it’s gone and if it’s not rinse and then I try again. Do over until stain is gone.

I once removed ink from a silk shirt with the stain remover in the Dryel kits. It works really well. Dryel kit is about $10 at any chain store.

Hair spray works on felt tip also. It takes a real soaking spray and you’ll see the red dye raise – rinse with cold water and spray again until it is gone.

DO NOT USE WD-40!! that is only to remove oil based stains as it reactivates the grease/oil and makes it easier to remove…

Anywhooo, back to ink, Ink Away by the makers of Goo Gone, really proves its worth. Follow package directions carefully and be sure to read the list of things not to use it on BEFORE you start.

Try denatured or other alcohol to break it down if it’s not a waterbased pen…is it permanent? Oh oh….actually alcohol or other solvent cleaners are best for permanent possibilities. Should be used right away if possible and not left to dry on but continue to rinse out. Blot it with white towels on top and below. press and blot and press and blot. Is any of the color coming out? You could also ask the pen company. They have been asked these questions before I am sure. Look it up on line or ask with a contact us. Allow the fluid to work 15 minutes without drying out before laundering and don’t put into the dryer until you are sure it’s out. If you must dry the item, air dry it or use a low temperature setting. Maybe it will come out after a couple of washings, good luck.
