What should I wear for the Halloween dance? ?

So I need help of deciding what to wear for the halloween dance. It’s pretty kiddy, not like, raves and whatever.
I was arguing between :
[sorry, no pictures] – btw, i want to be a school girl kus i can’t find my rudoph ears.
Outfit 1 -
- gray skirt [ like the ones with folds]
- dress shirt
- navy blue tie
Outfit 2 -
- gray skirt [same as the one above]
- blue henley that goes to the middle of my cheat with ONE button.
- lace tank w. blue designs underneath henley.
Outfit 3 -
- gray skirt [same as above]
- graphic T that already has a printed tie
- black vest
* ALL of these outfits would have long black socks, idk if i should wear leggings.. and Dark green/black diesels OR White/light blue pumas.
If you don’t like any of these, please just mix and match and give me some ideas. : ) kay thanks.
LOl. i will tie my hair up in two pigtails [high] ..
and put on some make up ..etc.
First outfit, but make it more interesting with accessories.
a) NO LEGGINGS.
b) Make sure the shoes match the socks.
Definitley Outfit one.
Or you could try putting the vest one outfit one, depends what your dress shirts like I don’t know if that would look good or not.
White/Light Blue Pumas.
No Leggings
Knee-highs if the skirt is above your knees only
other wise, ankle socks will do.
