What should I wear to a job interview if I don’t want to wear a suit?

Would a black cardigan set, black and white printed skirt(below the knees), and black ballet flats be nice enough to wear for a job interview? I have a few job interviews coming up and one of them is for a bank teller position.

yes that should be fine. not to dressy not to casual but shows i forgot the word i was looking for…somewhere around responsibility or egerness….eh..but anyway its sounds like a good clothing choice.

yes, it sounds fine! but, if you have a suit, that would be my first choice.

Just a nicely tailored blouse and skirt or pants in a flattering but muted color. Leave the bling at home. Most women are accepted in pants now, although a suit is still the best choice. Clean, clean and shiny! Fingernails! Banks are conservative, so conservative hair and jewelry.

I think the black and white outfit would be just fine. Can’t go wrong with black and white (unless you’re me and have cats.)
It would work with the conservative and non-conservative interview.

    Good luck with your interviews!
