what to wear with retro multi color printed tights?

I’m 15 so I like young, casual but not too casual and cute styles. I don’t wear super mini skirts or shorts. I love ballerina flats.
The tights I bought is a bit similar to this one:

With something bright like that, you should keep what you wear on top dark and simple, otherwise you’ll wind up looking like a clown. I’d recommend a black skirt and top, and maybe black boots. Downplay the accessories and let the tights be the most stand-out piece of your outfit–again, you have to be careful or you’ll look ridiculous.
Those tights are super cute and I bet that yours are just as adorable. I would wear those with a solid color dress and a solid complementing cardigan, or a high-waisted skirt, some Keds, and some kind of cute tee or tank. Another option would be to wear them under shorts, but I would stick to the dress or skirt.

when i read this i was like ew nothing! because i pictured zebra stripes or something else awful.
but those are adorable tights. so i would suggest a dress, maybe dark blue or light green to match them. ballet flats in a jewel tone; perhaps dark blue…i saw a pair at old navy that were on sale that might be great.
because the tights are so vibrant, a plain dress would look the best. here’s two plain dresses that may be cute with them. since they’re both sleeveless, a neutral cardigan could be used to cover up.

I agree that you should go with black, let the tights be the only colorful thing or you’ll hurt people’s eyes.
