What would go with a white/black skirt but i have tan lines on my legs?

I have a white skirt with black flowers on which is knee length, but i have tan lines on my legs?

you will look like a tramp wearing a skirt with tanlines. Either wait till there gone, or wear tights.

well how high up are the tan lines?
If they are too noticeable, wear pantyhoes.
And any color top would go with it, as long as it is solid,
then wear black and white accessories.
