where to get cute skirts or dresses?

I know I kinda already asked this, but I need new skirts for church and they have to be knee length or longer. I dont really like long skirts or dresses so I try to get it at the knee.
I like it more casual, and I dont really like pencil skirts either ( sorry im kinda picky)
also it doesnt matter what kinda print they are my church doesnt care as long as its modest.
are there any good places to shop for cute knee length skirts or dresses? I only have 2 skirts and I got both of them from the kids section at kohls lol It would be cool if I didnt have to do that anymore

Sometimes Forever21 has some nice ones.
But I think they’re kinda short.
