Which outfit do you like better? How to wear this skirt?

So I want a skirt that can work for both summer and winter because I don’t dress up that often…
I really liked this skirt:

I’d wear both outfits with cowboy boots/ankle moccasins and a belt. (My style is very country so even if that’s not your thing keep that in mind… I don’t mind looking that way as long as it doesn’t look “costumey”)
For the 2nd skirt I just like the idea of a knee length black skirt, not that exact one
1st one!
I like the second outfit better.
But considering your style and the options I think number one would be more versatile.
yes that is a really nice way to wear it.
another way u can wear it is the first skirt with a belt, and put it up right below ur chest part (u know what i mean) and wear a white tank top tucked under the skirt.

I dont like the bottom two, but i like the first skirt with the idea of a purple cardigan with it. I think grey and tan tights would look too washed out with that color so if you can find darker colored tights or black would be best
i like people that look country and i think the second skirt looks very nice i would definitely get that one and wear it with a tank top on summer and with a long shirt and leggings on winter you have good country taste!
I’d say the first is defiantly the cutest. It’s has that modern country look, whereas I think the second one looks more like something someone would wear in a play, or an older lady would wear. [:

hmm i like the blue skirt better because it’s cuter, but i think the black one would be much easier to mix and match, because literally all colors can match with black while not every color can match with blue, right? talk about budget shopping
it’s all up to you, but if i were you i’d choose the black one 
and about the top, i love the forever 21 one
